Submissions back up and running!

Hello everyone! I wanted to apologize for the recently lull in submissions and issues regarding new submissions being approved, these have now been fixed and you should be able to submit things to the group just fine again, so get cranking with those taur artworks and let's get this group active again!

Edit by Hexaditidom : I thought I would help out with some cleanup and organization. There are some new features, the favorites are cleaned out, the rules are simplified and shortened, and all contributors are now members. The distinction was originally for taur-artists and non, but almost every member is a taur-artist anyway, and both had the same privileges and responsibilities. It's much simpler this way, but if there is enough interest in a contributor class and enough of a reason to form one, we can certainly work one out and you can reapply.
Anyway, I hope this club continues to be successful!
